Vuka collects only what is needed to deliver the product, explains what each field is used for, and gives you control to delete it. Personal data is not used to train AI models.

When you join early access, we collect your email address, language, consent timestamp and signup source. We use this only for launch and product communications. You can unsubscribe at any time.

At launch, structured product data may include your goal, its control category, the internal obstacle, the action you choose, its reported outcome and imagery preferences. Optional free text used before signup is processed once and deleted after generation unless you explicitly choose to keep it.

Before generation, Vuka will show what data is sent to language and speech providers and why. Audio retention will be stated in the product, and sessions and objectives will be deletable. Personal data is not used to train provider or Vuka models.

We apply access controls, encryption in transit and appropriate encryption at rest. We keep early-access data until you unsubscribe or request deletion, unless a legal obligation requires limited retention.

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability or restriction of your data. Contact privacy@vuka.life. This launch policy will be updated with the operating legal entity and subprocessor list before paid release.
